Cheryl Ridgely

Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer

Cheryl has more than 35 years’ experience in business development, strategic planning, operations, and marketing/communications in healthcare and business organizations. She has worked for Bozeman Deaconess Health Services for more than 12 years, and was the project lead for the land planning and development for The Highlands 500 acre master plan, which included The Knolls at Hillcrest. Cheryl coordinated the research, project concept and professional design teams which included the architectural design and universal design concepts incorporated into the homes at The Knolls. She has space planning and construction oversight experience, and is responsible for the operations and management for Bozeman Deaconess Real Estate Development Corporation.

Cheryl received her BS degree in Public Administration from West Liberty University in West Virginia, and completed graduate Work in Education from Central Connecticut State University. She holds her CAPS [Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist) designation from the National Association of Home Builders and has managed new construction and remodel projects that incorporate accessible design and home features.

Cheryl has served on a variety of community boards including: Prospera Business Network, Human Resources Development Council, Bozeman School District Long Range Planning Committee, Northern Rocky Mountain Economic Development District, and the City of Bozeman Economic Development Council.

Cheryl is an active grandmother who enjoys numerous outdoor and recreational activities with her family and friends. You can usually find her most weekends during the winter enjoying the area's alpine and Nordic ski trails, hiking and fishing throughout the Gallatin Valley in the summer and autumn, practicing her golf game, and enjoying the many photographic opportunities provided by the scenic Montana landscape.
